Your satisfaction matters to us. Because every item is made to order especially for you, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at earthandsoul.ltd@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please double-check your size and design choices before placing your order.

Order cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as production begins shortly after. To cancel, email us as soon as possible at earthandsoul.ltd@gmail.com.

Return shipping Where a return is accepted (e.g., for a defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
